Here Are All the Songs From That Massive New Year’s Eve House Party in Euphoria S02E01

Euphoria is back which means a lot more powders, skin, and people ruining other people’s lives on your screen, but also the supreme music budget of the modern-set HBO drama. Standards set by The Sopranos, Six Feet Under, Entourage, Vinyl, Girls, and many more and minted by Time Warner’s many record label catalogue acquisitions. With a massive party the centrepiece of their season premiere “Trying to Get to Heaven Before They Close the Door,” Euphoria spared no expense on loud contemporary party rap and classics. Along with the episode’s strange use of yacht rock and signature trippy soul to conceive flashback, the Euphoria music supervision team is proving they are the sharpest on television.
